Unconfirmed sources tell us that the court ordered sale of town board member Mary Anne Carr’s apartment will take place soon.
Our town board member has been living in the apartment for a number of years and has not paid rent, maintenance or taxes to her former friend and financial supporter Thea Fry for a long time.
Apparently there is an accepted offer. After the apartment sale closes Mary Anne’s trial can proceed. More to come!
